-330 “Self-test failed”
Description:
You have started the self test, but the module has detected an error while executing it
-340 "Calibration failed"
-350 “Queue overflow”
[A specific code entered into the queue in lieu of the code that caused the error. This code
indicates that there is no room in the queue and an error occurred but was not recorded.]
-360 "Communication error"
-361 "Parity error in program message"
-362 "Framing error in program message"
-363 "Input buffer overrun"
-365 "Time out error"
-368 "LambdaStop<=LambdaStart"
-369 "sweepTime < min"
-370 "sweepTime > max"
-371 "triggerFreq > max"
