9.16. SANARIUM S - Decommissioning the evaporator
Decommission the evaporator when it is not in use for prolonged periods of time.
If the yellow or red LED (1) lights up:
Carry out maintenance as described on page 92.

1. Close the angle valve (2) for the
water inlet.
2. Press the DRAIN button (3) until the
steam cylinder is empty.
3. Turn the main switch (4) OFF.
