(1 to 4 for address 00-47 and
1 to 8 for address 48-64)
Processor board xx:
- 64: relay outputs
- 66: IOs 1-8 from the IO32 board
- 67: IOs 9-16 from the IO32 board
- 68: IOs 17-24 from the IO32 board
- 69: IOs 25-32 from the IO32 board
y is the I/O number (1 to 8)

(between 00 and 63)
y is the I/O number
