5.3 Power Consumption of CP308 Accessories
The following table indicates the power consumption of the CP308 accessories.
5.4 Start-Up Currents of the CP308
The following table indicates the basic start-up currents of the CP308 during the first 2-3 sec-
onds after the power supply has been switched on. The power consumption of the CP308 dur-
ing operation is indicated in tables 5-4 to 5-8.
For further information on the start-up current, please contact Kontron.
5.5 +5 V STDBY Currents During Main Power-Off
For the Wake-on-LAN (WOL) feature when the main DC power supplies are off, the CP308 pro-
vides a 5 V stand-by supply option over the CompactPCI Rear I/O connector J2, pin A15. In
stand-by mode, the CP308 has the following power consumption:
In stand-by mode, only the WOL-relevant devices on the CP308 are powered. Once the CP308
is supplied with main power, the stand-by path is automatically switched off.
