The onboard Serial ATA connectors J5 and J6 allow the connection of standard HDDs and oth-
er Serial ATA devices to the CP-RIO3-04 rear I/O module. For information on the SATA ports
routing, refer to Table 2-19.

When using a Serial ATA cable, it is recommended to use a special right-angled
Serial ATA cable due to possible space limitations within the system. For further
