• Check the needles.
• Check the swivel range of the
needles.
• Check the twine guide.
522008-7 The shear screw on the left is torn.
522010-7 When the cardan shaft is rotating, the
blade cassette is down.
• Raise the blade cassette.
522011-2 In "road travel" mode the blade
cassette is down.
522012-2 When the machine is started up, the
blade cassette is down.

pushbutton is sticking.
• Eliminate the cause of the
pushbutton sticking.
• Replace the pushbutton.

• Switch off the PTO shaft.
• Check the pressure limiting valve
for crop blockage.

• Raise the bale chute
