6 Initial Operation
WARNING
Risk of accident or damage to the machine due to incorrect initial operation
When a machine is assembled by unqualified personnel, it may happen that it is has defects
due to lack of knowledge. Thus there is a risk of serious injuries or death.
The initial operation must only be performed by an authorized specialist.

Risk of injury due to non-observance of relevant safety instructions
If the relevant safety instructions are not observed, persons may be seriously injured or killed.
To avoid accidents, the relevant safety instructions must be read and observed, refer to
page12.

6.1 Checklist for initial operation
ü The machine is mounted according to assembly instructions of the machine.
ü All screws and nuts are checked for firm seating and tightened with the prescribed
tightening torque, refer to page55.
ü The safety devices are mounted and checked for completeness and damage.
ü The machine is lubricated completely, refer to page75.
ü The oil level was checked on all gearboxes, refer to page61.
ü The hydraulic system is checked for leaks.
ü The tractor corresponds to the machine requirements, refer to page32.
ü The axle loads, the minimum counterweight and the total weight are checked.
ü The universal shaft length is checked and adapted, refer to page37.
ü The blades are inserted, refer to page67.
ü The hydraulic system is vented.
