INFORMATION: Only use the locknut (4) once.
 Turn the locknut (4) from above on the retaining bolt (3) and tighten it, tightening torque,
refer to page55.
 Repeat this process for all blades.
 Fold down the safety device.

Anticlockwise rotating blades can be ordered by stating order number 00139888*.
14.3.3 Changing blades for the “blade quick fastener” version

ü The machine is in the working position, refer to page46.
ü The machine is shut down and safeguarded, refer to page23.
ü The safety device has been folded up, Folding up safety device at front.
ü The area around blades, cutting discs and mower drums is cleaned.
 To remove the blade (2), push the blade key (1) between the cutting disc (4) and the blade
carrier (3) and push it down with one hand.
 Check the mounting parts of the blade (2),refer to page70. Also replace worn or damaged
mounting parts.
INFORMATION: The blades for anticlockwise rotating and clockwise rotating cutting discs/
mower drums are different. When mounting the blades, mind the direction of rotation. The arrow
on the blade must correspond to the direction of rotation of the respective cutting disc/mower
drum.
 In order to insert the new blade (2), push the blade key (1) between the cutting disc (4) and
the blade carrier (3) and push it down with one hand.
 Guide the blade (2) on the retaining bolt (5) and allow the blade key (1) to return upwards.
 Repeat this process for all blades.
 Fold down the safety device.
