1-6-2 Remarks on main PWB replacement
If the main PWB was replaced with a service supplied part, perform the following.
4 in 1 20/21,25/26 ppm model
Set the destination code by service mode or KYOCERA Client Tool.
Service mode (See page 1-3-17)
Menu key - System menu - Adjust/Maint. - FAX Country Code
KYOCERA Client Tool
1. Install the Client Tool and GX driver.(For
the models to be configured.)
2. Connect MFP to PC via USB cable.
3. Connect the power cord to the machine
and the power outlet. Turn ON the main
power switch.
4. Start the KYOCERA Client Tool.
5. Select the model that is connected to the
PC via USB.
* : When a new machine is connected, its
model name is updated to a new name.
If the new model name has not been
selected, re-select it.
6. Click Maintenance > Maintenance

7. Press “Load package”.
8. Load Fax Package (e.g. Fax Pack-
age.mtp).
* : Before proceeding, save the Fax Pack-
age file in any folder on the PC.
When the dialog for selecting a file is
displayed, select the file and execute.

9. Select “Initialize All Data”.
10. Select “County name” in County Code.
11. Press Apply.
12. Settings are completed when the
message Finished is displayed.
