– Check connecting cable, restart leak detector

E61 TMP power supply faulty (E002)! – Error detected in the power supply unit TC 110.
– Power supply unit defective (electronic drive unit TMP)
E62 TMP start-up time error (E006)! – Speed of the TMP is below the speed switching point < 1,200 Hz 15 min. after starting.
– Turbo pump bearing damage
– TC 110 defective
E63 TMP connection TC to pump faulty (E008)! – TMP connection between TC 110 and TMP defective
– Check proper assembly of TC 110 on TMP
– TC 110 defective
E64 TMP controller TC faulty (E015)! – TMP controller TC 110 detected as defective.

E65 TMP wrong resistor (E021)! – TMP controller detects wrong pump rated resistance
