For internal bath applications, the reference thermometer must be hung
into the bath according to the specifications on the calibration certifi-
cate.
For external applications, the reference thermometer must be installed
in the inlet of the device according to the specifications on the calibra-
tion certificate.
To measure the temperature, wait until the system is in a steady state.
1. Open the Home window.
2.
Touch the tile Settings Calibration Internal Pt1000 or External
Pt100 Oset.
An input window opens.
3. Enter the temperature value read o the reference thermometer into
the Command Touch unit.
4. Press [OK] to confirm the new value.
The new value has been accepted.
For internal bath applications, the reference thermometer must be hung
into the bath according to the specifications on the calibration certifi-
cate.
For external applications, the reference thermometer must be installed
in the inlet of the device according to the specifications on the calibra-
tion certificate.
The upper and lower temperature value must be at least 40 K apart.
To measure the temperature, wait until the system is in a steady state.
1. Set a low T
set
set point on the device.
2. Wait until the set point and the temperature of the heat transfer liquid
have equaled out.
3. Open the Home window.
4.
Touch the tile Settings Calibration Internal Pt1000 or External
Pt100 2-point lower.
An input window opens.
5. Enter the temperature value read o the reference thermometer into
the Command Touch unit.
6. Press [OK] to confirm the new value.
The lower value has been accepted.
7. Set a high T
set
set point on the device.
8. Wait until the set point and the temperature of the heat transfer liquid
have equaled out.
9. Touch the [2-point upper] button in the Calibration menu.
10. Enter the temperature value read o the reference thermometer into
the Command Touch unit.
11. Press [OK] to confirm the new value.
The upper value has been accepted. 2-point calibration has been
completed.
