Using a Tilting Stand
Tilting the stand
1. Pull the rocker arm toward the zoom
module.
2. Now you are free to tilt the tilting stand
with the zoom module and objective in a
range from 0° to ±60°.
The maximum tilting angle depends on
the objective being used and the size
and height of the sample.
The Leica DVM6 compensates for the
weight of the instrument at every tilting
angle, which makes it easy and comfortable to
control throughout the entire tilting range.
