Polarizer
O The polarizer (10 450 708) influences the
ring light illumination.
O Rotate the polarizer to change the polar-
ization direction of the LED ring light
illumination.
O This can display low-contrast samples with
high contrast. Potential material errors
or other visible defects can be identified
quickly and reliably.
Diffuser
O The diffuser (10 450 709) influences the
ring light illumination.
O The diffuser generates a "soft" light that
helps generate a meaningful (more visible)
image for highly reflective samples.
