The manure tank is full, but the
machine is not driving to the
dumping station.

There is a blockage due to dried
material in the manure tank, the
tank can not (completely) be
emptied.
Clean the manure tank (see

6-10).
Vacuum line is dirty. Vacuum line must be cleaned.
Contact your local Lely service

The vacuum pump does not suck
properly or does not suck at all
(due to worn membranes)
Contact your local Lely service

The silicon knee of the vacuum
system is not connected
properly to the tube of the
body.
Contact your local Lely service
provider to reposition the silicon
knee so that it is properly
connected.
The battery is low. The machine is not charged. See symptom 'The machine is

The day planning has too many
routes.
Reduce the number of routes in
the day planning.
The machine is not charged. The power supply is
disconnected.
Check if Green LED is lit. If it is
not lit, check if the power supply
to the charger is OK.
The pad on the machine is dirty. Clean the pad on the machine
(see Clean the Pad and the black
Plate on the Machine on page 6-
3).
The pad on the charging station
is dirty.
