7. Tilt the charger top upwards as follows, this gives room to open the cover of the machine:

Bolts for safety
1. Loosen the four bolts (2) on both sides of the charger 1 turn.
2. Pull the spring loaded locking pin (1) and tilt the top of the charger upwards.
3. Insert the locking pin into the hole (3) on the top of the charger base.
4. To keep the charger top in place, insert a long M8 bolt (4) in the hole next to the spring
loaded locking pin and on the other side of the charger.
8. Open the cover of the machine.
9. Push the On button (2) (see figure 25 on page 5-23) on the VIOB a few seconds to switch the machine
on.
10. Close the cover of the machine.
11. Manually drive the machine 50 cm (20 in) backwards.
12. Tilt the charger top down as follows:
1. Remove the bolts (4) (see figure 28 on page 5-26) that where inserted to keep the charger
top in place from the left and right side of the charger.
2. Pull the spring loaded locking pin (1) and tilt the charger to its normal operating position.
3. Fasten the four bolts (2) on both sides of the charger.
13. Manually drive the machine forwards into the charging station and make sure the pad on the machine
is aligned with the pad on the charger.
14. Put the machine into operation.
