Rebooting Stacked Switches using the BBI
TheConfigure > System > Config/Image Controlwindowallowsthe
administratortoperformarebootofindividualswitchesinthestack,ortheentire
stack.ThefollowingtabledescribesthestackingRebootbuttons.
TheUpdate Image/CfgsectionofthewindowappliestotheMaster.Whenanew
softwareimageorconfigurationfileisloaded,thefilefirst
loadsontotheMaster,
andtheMasterpushesthefiletoallotherswitchesinthestack,placingitinthe
samesoftwareorconfigurationbankasthatontheMaster.Forexample,ifthenew
imageisloadedintoimage1ontheMasterswitch,theMasterwillpush
thesame
firmwaretoimage1oneachMemberswitch.
