Wiring procedure
1. Unscrew two screws , swing the covers upwards and detach them.
2. Connect mains cables to the screw terminals:
– Tightening torque 2 ... 2.3 Nm (17.7 ... 20.4 lb−in).
3. Connect supply cables of the regenerative power supply module to the threaded
bolts with the same designation:
– Bolt the cables to X4 (blue) and X10 (red) with a distance of at least 5.5 mm.
– Tightening torque 4 Nm (35 lb−in)
4. Connect the supply cable for controllers in the DC−bus connection to the threaded
bolt +UG, −UG:
– Tightening torque 4 Nm (35 lb−in)
5. Wiring of mains synchronisation:
– Internal mains synchronisation: factory−set bridges
– External mains synchronisation: remove bridges and connection mains
synchronisation cable .
– Tightening torque 0.5 ... 0.6 Nm (4.4 ... 5.3 lb−in).
6. Place the cover and screw it down with two screws
