5.3.1 Power connections

Please observe the following operating conditions:
ƒ Regenerative power supply modules must not be connected in parallel in
the DC bus.
ƒ The regenerative power supply module has no overload protection which
means:
– Please observe the permissible mains voltage and maximum currents
( 86). Higher voltages or currents destroy the regenerative power supply
module.
– For protecting the regenerative power supply module against overload
during the regenerative feedback we recommend the use of a brake
chopper. Please observe the circuit proposals ( 124).
