If the diagnostic alarm i s e nabled in byte 0, diagnostic data are transmitted to the master via the emergency
telegram in the event of an error.

The conversion speeds given are vali d for the operation of an analog input. When operating several inputs, the
corresponding convervion speed must be divided by the number of active inputs to detect the conversion speed
per input.
Please note that the resolution is reduced with higher c onversion speeds due to shorter integra tion times. The
data transfer format remains the same. Only the lo wer bits (LSBs) are not relevant anymore for the analog value.
