CP5 • Fault messages and troubleshooting

An internal malfunction has occured.
➜ (Possible) fault in the main processor of the circuit
board HKR 0325 (e.g. errors occur when saving or
reading values).
◗ Delete message in system menu (twice if necessary)
◗ Replace the circuit board HKR 0325, and send it to the
manufacturer
◗ where necessary, send pump to manufacturer for
checking
The CP5 cannot be operated with the current firmware version
of the respective device. In this case: the firmware version of
the Air Purge Control (APC), the pressure monitor and the
UPS.
◗ Update the firmware version
For further information, see inside front cover of the
separate operating instructions for the CP5 and the
respective overall system.
Contact your service technician.

The display of current flow rate and the current pump speed
may be missing or incorrect.

The temperature of the pump head rises above the specified
set temperature. The pump head might transmit heat to the
blood in the tubing.
