◗ Steps to be taken (please proceed in the order listed)
A fault has been detected during the self-test.
The pump fails to switch itself off (e. g. ramp-up) (in this case:
pump 1).
➜ Cable break
➜ Fault in circuit board Computer board (HKR 0325)
◗ Replace cable
◗ Replace circuit board HKR 0325
◗ where necessary send pump to manufacturer for checking
The pump ran too fast (without being instructed to do so).
◗ Send pump to manufacturer for checking.
A safety feature of the pump has failed.

➜ Hall sensor defective
◗ Check (and where necessary replace) connector cable
from motor control to circuit board ZPR 0801
◗ Replace motor (hall sensors)
◗ where necessary send pump to manufacturer for
checking
The pump speed can no longer be adjusted correctly.

◗ Replace shaft encoder

The pump no longer allows the system to monitor it properly.
