③ Using Diesel for winter
z General diesel fuel tends to generate paraffin
dregs in winter time which may cause a bad
engine start. Thus, it is recommended to use
diesel for winter in winter time.
z If the ambient temperature is below -15°C(5℉),
it is advised to mix diesel with kerosene as
shown on the right.

② Storing Fuel
z If contaminants like water or dusts are mixed in
the fuel, it may cause a severe damage to the
engine. To fill the tank, the fuel storage facility
must be equipped as shown in the right figure. If
possible, fill the tank at the gas station.
DEF/urea tank Fuel tank
▶If the engine stops after finishing work, fill the tank fully.
As the temperature drops down, the humidity in the fuel tank is condensed and may
mix with the fuel.
