6-3. Every 6 month check
(1) Checking refrigerant amount
z Check the refrigerant amount periodically. Have to contact your authorized dealer for it.
Refrigerant : R-134a, 850 ~ 900 g (30.0 ~ 31.7 oz)
z The components of the air conditioning system have to be handled by authorized service expert.
(2) Cleaning Condenser and
Radiator screen
z Stop engine and allow engine to cool. Open
bonnet and remove the radiator screen.
z Wash the mud or foreign materials added to the
condenser and radiator screen with soft brush or
low pressurized air or water.
z Pay attention that the cooling fin does not
damaged. If necessary, repair the distortion of
fin.
(4) Belt tension adjustment
① Standard type - without Air
trailer brake
z Check if the belt tension is proper, and if
necessary, adjust the tension with adjust bolt.
z Tension : Approx. 10 mm (0.4 in.)
(when pressed by 98N (22 lb))
z Check the damaged part of the belt, and if
necessary, after checking the pulley alignment,
replace it with a new one.
(3) Checking Leakage
z Check the tightening torque and oil leakage state
of the connection parts.
z If the oil spot and foreign materials is stuck a lot,
it means that there is a leakage of refrigerant.
Check the refrigerant amount.
