(1) Air-gun system configuration
z The air-gun system is consisted of air-compressor, air-tank, coupler, lubrication valve, unload valve,
line and connection parts.
z It is used for cleaning the internal/external body of the tractor, tire maintenance, and pneumatic tools
using compressed air.
z The setting pressure of the air-tank is approximately 800KPa (116psi). Before using the pneumatic
tools, check the manufacturer’s instruction manual and rated pressure of the tools.
▶ The internal pressure of the pneumatic trailer brake system is relatively lower than
hydraulic system. But the leakage of the compressed air may result in much more
serious injury or death due to the compressible fluid characteristics.
▶ Before checking and repairing the system, stop engine and put on the protective
globes and clothes, and take care the leakage of the air pressure.
