(5) Shift mode adjustment dial
(PST)
This dial is used to adjust the clutch engaging
response time for starting or shifting gear ratio of
the power shuttle and main gear shift system.
If turning this dial clockwise (“-” symbol), the
response time of the clutch will be delayed,
otherwise (“+” symbol), the response time will be
shortened.
“+” symbol: in case of heavy loaded tractor on a
slope.
“-” symbol: in case of unladen tractor on a level
ground.
The faster engaging response time is, the larger
engaging shock is. Appropriately select the dial
position depending on the working conditions.
▶If turning the shift mode adjustment dial counter-clockwise (“+” symbol) fully in case
of the unladen tractor, the engaging shock can be increased.
▶If turning the shift mode adjustment dial clockwise (“-” symbol) fully in case of the
heavy loaded tractor on a slope, the engaging time can be delayed abnormally.
▶Before starting the tractor, be sure to check position of the shift mode adjustment
dial.
