5-11. Every 1800 hour check
(1) Replacing Blow-by filter element
 Lift the circlip(4) and remove the blow-by filter(1) from the threaded bush(3) and shaft(2).
 Replace and install the new blow-by filter(1) on the shaft(2) with threaded bush(3) and fix it with the
circlip(4).
 Mount cover(5) of the blow-by filter with membrane valve and breather pipe and tighten the nuts(6)
to the specified torque.
 The blow-by filter has been developed and
quipped for the collection, filtering and condense
of the lubricating oil vapors. Only proceed with
the engine stopped and at low temperature, in
order to avoid the risk of burning.
 Use a suitable container to collect the oil.
 Unscrew the nut(2), disconnect fittings(1, 4) and
remove the oil vapors circulation pipe(3).
 Unscrew the nuts(6) and remove the blow-by
filter cover(5) complete with membrane valve
and breather pipe.
