5. Open access cover (A) on the right endsheet behind the
cutterbar to provide clearance between the knife drive box
pulley and the endsheet.
6. Remove the knife drive belt.
Installing Timed Knife Drive Belts – Right Side
DANGER
To prevent bodily injury or death from the unexpected start-up of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the
key from the ignition before making adjustments to the machine.
1. Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.
2. Open the endshield. For instructions, refer to 4.3.1 Opening Hinged Endshield, page 116.
