1) Altering the revolutions of the
electric motor controlled by switch
(1 or 2).
2) Inverting transmission gears A and
B (Pos.”1” or Pos.”2”).
To invert transmission gears A and B
(Pos.”1” or Pos.”2”) proceed as
follows:
1) Disconnected the power feeder
from the mains by removing its plug
from the electric socket.
2) Open the side door by unscrewing
the locking screw.
3) Unscrew the locking screws and
exchange the gears A and B .
4) Tighten the gear nuts and shut the
side door.
When this operation in over, make
sure the guard has been properly
tightened.
NB: The speeds listed in the tables
have been calculated from using the
power feeder with new rolls/tracks.
The peripheral speed of the rools/
tracks decreases as their diameter/
surface wears out, and can get to
15% less than the initial speed.
3-6 SAFETY DEVICES
Before putting the unit into operation,
ensure that the dividing protection
(gearbox cover) has been adequately
screwed on.
