No swing operation, engine does not load.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
No voltage through control handle to controller; No voltage out of controller to pump EDC; Wiring or
switch is faulty; Node is damaged; A pump or motor is damaged; Swing holding brake switch actuated.
CHECKS
Check brake signal and pressure; Check swing handle command in problem direction; Check computer
signal to brake and pump EDC; Check pump and motor pressure; Check items on DRUM screen.

Does platform rotate?
Isolate and manually the stroke pump. Is system pressurized?
Is 0.1 to 2.0 volts present at pump(s) EDC?

When moving handle fully in both directions, does SWING screen
