Millenium HX RO System
3030226 Rev. D 4-21 Screen Operation And Specifications
Screen Titles: Alarms
Screen Description:
This device, when running normally, continuously monitors
product quality. If the product water quality reading increases to
the user settable alarm set point (between 1-50 TDS or 1-100 µS),
the RO will stop and display the alarm screen.
This device monitors the RO feed water during normal operation.
If the RO feed water quality reading unexpectedly increases
above the user adjustable set point (50-1000 TDS or 100-2000
µS), the alarm screen will be displayed. In some areas, RO feed
water quality normally exceeds 1000 TDS (2000 µS). This alarm
can be disabled in these areas by setting the alarm set point at
1001 TDS/2001 µS.
This device monitors the product pressure. If the product water
pressure exceeds 60 PSI, the RO will shut down. During normal
operation, if the dialysis machine is not drawing water, the fluid
path is directed into the internal tank through a check valve. This
alarm could indicate that the RO has been connected incorrectly
or external pressure is being applied.
This device monitors the RO feed pressure and will alarm if the
pressure is too high or low. This alarm is factory set and cannot
be user adjusted. The low limit is 15 PSI and the high limit is 130
PSI.
