17) Later in the process, the PC Software creates auto-
matically an Adjustment and calibration certificate
and saves it to a predetermined destination.
To customize the file destination, click the but-
ton and define the file path.
18) In addition, the Adjustment and calibration certifi-
cate will be printed automatically if the Print certifi-
cate box is ticked.
19) Select Automatic adj. + calib with certificate.
20) Set the adjustment parameters:
– Adjustment flow
– Adjustment span
Start the process with the button.
Pressing afterwards aborts the process.
Note
The standard factory setting for the Adjustment flow is 100 SLPM.
Note
The standard factory setting for the Adjustment span is 10 SLPM.
21) Press Yes to proceed.
Do not add or remove instruments.
Pressing No aborts the process.
22) The air sampler will now adjust through all three adjustment points. No action from
the user is required, the process will continue automatically.
23) Once the process is done, the final calibration re-
sult will be displayed by the value Deviation from
the Target Air Flow.
A calibration was successful if:
Deviation from the Target Air Flow is within ± the
Maximum allowed deviation.
