ing for continuity and proper connection ac
cording to wiring diagram (Ref. Chap. 96).

Disable Switch (S199) Replacement
(1). (Ref. Figure 405) Remove center seat
cover or inboard collective pitch stick
cover and controls access door.
(2). Check that electrical power is OFF.
Disconnect wire E105C20N at splice 71
and wire E105D20 at splice 70. Cut all
tie straps attaching wires to inboard
collective stick socket.
(3). Remove switch by removing two screws
and threaded attach plate.
(4). Remove switch attaching bracket by
loosening two upper bolts in inboard
collective stick socket housing cap and
slipping out slotted attaching bracket.
(5). Remove switch actuating cam by
removing hardware attaching gas
producer link to idler and bellcrank.
Note washer stackup for use at installa
tion.
(6). Install replacement components in
essentially reverse order of removal.

Adjustment.
11. Engine Torque and/or Oil Pressure
Transducer Replacement
The following procedure is common for both
transducers.
A. Engine Torque and/or Oil Pressure
Transducer Removal
(1). Ensure electrical power is off.
(2). Remove appropriate line from engine
side of firewall.
(3). Remove particle separator (Ref. Sec.
71-10-60, Particle Separator Removal).
(4). Install protective cover over engine
inlet.
(5). Remove electrical connector from
transducer.
(6). With assistance, hold bulkhead fitting
while assistant removes nut and
washer on engine side of firewall.
(7). Remove transducer with bulkhead
fitting from inlet area.
(8). Separate bulkhead fitting from trans
ducer, discard packing.
B. Engine Torque and/or Oil Pressure
Transducer Installation
(1). With new packing installed, screw
transducer onto bulkhead fitting;
torque to 30 - 50 inch-pounds (3.39 -
5.65 Nm).
(2). Insert fitting and transducer from
engine inlet side down though hole in
firewall.
(3). Position transducer for ease of connec
tor installation.
(4). With assistance, install washer and nut
onto bulkhead fitting on engine side of
firewall; torque nut to 100 - 175
inch-pounds (11.30 - 19.77 Nm).
(5). Install appropriate line to fitting;
torque to 75 - 85 inch-pounds (8.47 -
9.60 Nm).
(6). Reinstall electrical connector onto
transducer.
(7). Inspect inlet area for any foreign
objects.
(8). Remove protective cover from engine
inlet and install particle separator (Ref.
Sec. 71-10-60, Particle Separator
Installation).
12. Voice Warning LRU (600N) Replacement
The voice warning LRU is mounted under the
left pilot's seat.
(1). Disconnect connector P19 from voice
warning LRU.
(2). Remove four screws and washers.
(3). Install replacement LRU in reverse
order of removal.
