Warning:
The use of the Medijet®, the suitable Nuow® nasal cannula, the humidier and the paent tube kits is described
in the user manuals for these devices, along with important addional informaon and warnings regarding their
use. Users must also know and comply with these other user manuals, even though they may be familiar with the
medin-NC3® user manual.
Only suitable tube systems with appropriate adapters should be used to connect the paent and the Medijet® to
the medin-NC3®/the corresponding Nuow® nasal cannula, since otherwise there will be an increased likelihood
of disconnecons.
The humidier should be installed lower than the paent.
Connecng the paent tube circuit set – High Flow:
When High Flow mode is used, a suitable Nuow® nasal cannula must be connected instead of a Medijet®, following
mode selecon. The system set-up is shown in Figure 4-5.
