The plug of the power supply unit of the medin-NC3® must also always be freely accessible even when set up, in
order to allow the medin-NC3® to be quickly disconnected from the mains in the event of a hazardous situaon.
Do not insert the power supply plug of the medin-NC3® into ceiling outlets since, due to its weight, it can be pulled
out of the outlet in this case.

Connecng the paent tube circuit set:
The paent tube circuit set is used to connect the paent to the medin-NC3®. This involves inserng the humidier
chamber into the respiratory gas humidier and then connecng it to the "Flow out" (Figure 4-4-right) paent
gas outlet via the shorter tube. The longer tube connects the humidier chamber to the Medijet®. The humidier
temperature probes and heang cable adapters must be inserted into this tube if required. The thin pressure
meter tube connects the pressure meter connecon of the Medijet® to the CPAP pressure meter inlet “Paent
Pressure“ (Figure 4-4-le) of the medin-NC3®.
