Resetting player default values
The 2 E Series player stores and remembers as default values a number of settings (listed in the chart below).
They are used as defaults the next time the player is turned on. You may reset those to their initial values using
the steps below:
1. Make sure the player is in audio playback mode
2. Press the pause button to pause playback
3. Press and hold the volume down button on the keypad
4. The player will beep 3 times and turn itself off
5. When the player is restarted, the settings will be initialized
