Powerhead Removal
WARNING
Engine could possibly start when turning flywheel during removal and installation.
To prevent this type of accidental engine starting and possible serious injury,
always remove spark plug leads from spark plugs.
1. Remove the bottom cowls.
2. Open the latch and disengage the vertical shift shaft.
3. Disconnect the power trim harness wires.

4. Disconnect the vent hose.
