12. In the Moisture Content Model portion of the Edit Product screen, scroll down to the
Linear offset section (Figure83).

13. Enter the product water activity from step5 into the Measured AW field.
14. Enter the reference moisture content value from step6 into the Measured MC field.
15. Do NOT enter a value into the Linear Offset field.
This value will be calculated in SKALA Control from the numbers entered as Measured
AW and Measured MC.
16. Click the Calculate offset button.
An offset value will appear in the Linear offset field.
17. Click the Save button.
