Cause: Timeout during cross-comparison (no
data) or cross-comparison faulty (data
for µC1 and µC2 are different).
 Error in cross-comparison for digital
I/O.
 Error in cross-comparison for
analogue input.
 Error in cross-comparison for
internal operating voltage
measurement (5 V, 3.3 V, 24 V) and
reference voltage (2.5 V).
 Error in cross-comparison for
SIN/COS angle encoder analogue
values.
