Function Description:

MevaLite panels are constructed with closed-profile, powder-coated aluminum frames and a high-grade alkus composite facing. This combination ensures an excellent concrete finish and provides durability. The system's core innovation lies in its MEVA assembly lock, which allows for fast and efficient assembly without the need for nuts and bolts. This pioneering panel connection system features a 5-point contact that not only draws panels together but also aligns them perfectly with just a few hammer blows. The assembly lock weighs only 3.3 lbs, making it easy to handle.

The system offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing for height extension in 6-inch increments through combined horizontal and vertical assembly, ensuring a uniform joint grid. Fillers: MevaLite aluminum fillers (1", 2", 3") and job-built fillers (up to 6.5" wide) can be used for adjustments. Steel rails are required for fillers over 6.5" wide.
Intersections and Bulkheads: Designed for efficient formation of intersecting walls and bulkheads, with specific bracket and rail configurations.
Horizontal Panels: Suitable for foundations and one-sided formwork, with options for foundation spanners and tie claws.

Equipment Inspection: Users must inspect all equipment before each use and never use damaged, deformed, or weakened components.
Assembly Lock Maintenance: MEVA assembly locks should never be oiled or waxed.
Crane Hook Inspection: Always check the crane hook before each use and replace it if the reference dimension exceeds 0.95" or if only one side of the hook exceeds this dimension.
Cleaning: Formwork should be cleaned and form release agent applied after stripping and before next use.
Tie Hole Plugs: Unused tie holes need to be closed with plugs D 27/30.
