Warning / Error Messages
If some trouble occurs, the buzzer sounds and the display shows a corresponding error message. Take an appropriate
measure for the displayed message.

Set Cartridge
Set Ink IC
• It is an ink end.
Replace the ink pack and ink IC chip.
• Replace the ink IC chip with a normal one.
<Alternate display 1>
Please replace all spout rubber accord-
ing to the explanation of eco case
<Alternate display 2>
Degraded rubber will cause ink leak from
the ink pack
• Replace spout rubber of eco-case.
Shake Ink Pack [ENT] • Shake the ink pack and stir the ink.
Please check media presses [ENT]
• Set the media retainer to the correct posi-
tion.
• Feed media so that there is no print result at
the position where the media detection sen-
sor passes.
• Change to MENU> MACHINE SETUP
MENU> MEDIA DETECT> Detect Speed =
"Standard".
