Use a clean stick to wipe ink off the head
surface.
Never rub the nozzles.

Press the key after cleaning.

Close the maintenance cover, and press
the key.
After its initial operation, the machine returns to
LOCAL.
Nozzle Recovery Func-
tion
When missing nozzles cannot be improved at specific
points, other good nozzles can be used as alternatives for
printing.

Check the nozzle status with the test print.
Test Printing( P.2-10)
Correspondence of head / nozzle row is as
follows. There are eight rows of nozzles in one
head, indicated by A to H.

Press
(MENU)
in LOCAL.

Press to select
"MAINTENANCE", and press the
key.
The MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.

Press to select "NOZZLE
RECOVERY" and press the key.

Press to select "PRINT", and
press the key.

Press to select "HEAD1" or
"HEAD2"and press the key.

Press to select "PRINT START",
and press the key.
All patterns from nozzle row A to H in the selected
head are printed.
Clean the side surface of the head
(shown in dark gray) with a clean stick.
The nozzle part
(Do not touch.)
Clean with a clean stick.
