ERROR 602
INK BOTTLE END
"INK END" (Usage prohibited、Available
only during cleaning with a 4-color ink set.)
• Replace to the new ink bottle.
• In this case, please replace the ink IC
with a new one which comes with a
bottle.
ERROR 608
WRONG INK IC
The IC chip cannot be read properly.
• Check if the IC chip is inserted properly.
• Reinsert the IC chip properly.
• Turn off the power button to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
• If the same error message appears,
contact our service desk or your local
distributor to call for service.
ERROR 61A
InkOverFlow :cmYCMKWW
The sub tank float sensor detected "Limit".
• Execute "Maintenance" and "Overflow
maintenance".
• If the same error message appears,
contact our service desk or your local
distributor to call for service.
ERROR 61B
SUPPLY INK :cmYCMKWW
Ink supply to the sub tank failed.
• Turn off the power button to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
• If the same error message appears,
contact our service desk or your local
distributor to call for service.

The negative pressure cannot be kept

NCU NZK CHK (HW)
NCU does not recognize ink discharge
properly due to frequent nozzle missing
and/or deflection.
• Check the nozzle condition. If there is
plenty of deflection and/or nozzle
missing, clean and restore the affected
nozzles.
ERROR 653
NCU NZK CHK (MARK)
The discharge patterns of the NCU are
analyzed and abnormal discharge is
identified that does not meet the pattern
criteria.
ERROR 654
NCU CENTER POS
Detecting the center position of the NCU
failed.

NCU SN ADJST
Sensor sensitivity adjustment has failed.
• Check the nozzle condition. If there is
plenty of deflection and/or nozzle
missing, clean and restore the affected
nozzles.
• If the same error message appears,

REPLACE NCU INK PAD
The NCU ink pat is full.
• It is necessary to replace the NCU ink
pad.
