4. In the Prompt Volume or Keypad Volume option, select On or Off respectively.
5. Press the key to save the setting.
6. Press the key to exit the menu.
NOTE
• The icon indicates that the prompt audio is turned off.
4.4 Turning On/Off MPAN
To turn on/off MPAN function, follow this procedure:
1. Enter the main menu.
2. Select System.
3. Select MPAN, and select On or Off.
The key at the side of BP10 has the same function as this menu option. Refer to
"Physical Views" on page 2-3 for the hard key function.
4.5 Setting Time and Date
To set the time and date, follow this procedure:
1. Enter the main menu.
2. Select System.
3. Select Time/Date. Set the following options described in the following table.
Options Description Settings*
Time Format Set the system time format. 12, 24
Time Set the system time based on the selected
time format.

Date Format Set the system date format.
YYYY represents year.
MM represents month.
DD represents day.
YYYY/MM/DD
MM/DD/YYYY

Date Set the system date based on the selected
date format.
