Contact the device provider for onsite troubleshooting.
Possible Causes
1. The charging port is not reliably connected.
2. The charging station is faulty.
3. The ambient temperature is high.
4. The probe is faulty.
Troubleshooting
1. Remove and reconnect the probe and check whether the charging speed is improved.
2. Check whether the probe can be charged normally using the charging cable.
3. Charge the probe at the room temperature and check whether the charging speed is improved.
4. If the probe can be charged normally using the charging cable, the charging station is faulty.
Otherwise, the probe is faulty.
Solution
1. Remove and reconnect the probe properly.
2. Replace the charging station.
3. Replace the probe. For details, see the instructions for the i3P ultrasound probe (FDA) 6.1.2
