5.3.1 General Inspections
Table 5–4
Common checklist
SN Item Method
1 Probe
• Visually check the head of the probe for cracks or
expansion.
• Visually check the probe for deformation or damage.
• Visually check the charging port of the probe for
damage.
2 Charging cable and
adapter
Visually check the charging cable for wrinkles, cracks,
or aging.
Manually connect the charging cable and adapter to
check whether the adapter can be reliably connected,
and check whether charging cable is intact.
3 Battery Check battery performance regularly: Check whether
the battery can be normally charged in startup state: If
the current battery level is 100% or rises after a certain
period of time, the battery can be normally charged.
When the battery level is below 90%, the time needed
to increase the battery level by 1% should be shorter
than 2 minutes. When the battery level is higher than
90%, it takes more time to increase the battery level by
1%.
In the standby state, disconnect the probe from the AC
power source, and check whether the battery can
support normal scanning.
5.3.2 System Function Inspection
This inspection is an effective method to ensure product quality. When necessary, perform this
inspection. Regular maintenance is not required.
