Contact the device provider for onsite troubleshooting.
Possible Causes
1. The temperature inside the probe is high.
2. The external power outlet does not work properly.
3. The charging cable is damaged or the charging port is not reliably connected.
4. The probe is faulty.
Troubleshooting
1. Keep the probe still for its temperature to drop, and then check whether it can be charged.
2. Replace the charging adapter or switch to another power outlet, and check whether the probe
can be charged.
3. Replace the charging cable and check whether the probe can be charged.
4. Remove and reconnect the probe, and check whether it can be charged.
5. If the problem persists, the probe is faulty.
Solution
1. Wait until the probe temperature drops, and then charge it again.
2. Switch to another power outlet.
3. Replace the charging adapter.
