The TM material is embedded with 3 simulated lesions. These simulated lesions are all
cylindrical, with diameters of 2 mm, 4 mm, and 6 mm, respectively. The cylinder axes are
parallel to the target lines, and the axes are located at the depths of 15 mm, 30 mm, and 45
mm, respectively.
8.2 Electrical Safety Maintenance
The following electrical safety tests are considered part of the comprehensive regular
maintenance process and major means to detect exceptions. If any of listed items is not checked,
the patient or operator may be endangered. Perform additional tests based on the actual
conditions.
All tests can be performed by using a commercial safety analysis tester. The following tests are
performed by using the 601 pro series safety tester or an equivalent. Other mainstream testers,
such as Fluke, Metro, and Gerb, must comply with IEC 60601-1. Follow the instructions of the
analyzer vendor and make adjustments as required during the test.
After the product is maintained or upgraded, test the product periodically by using a safety
analyzer to ensure that the product remains in the inspected state. The safety analyzer is
considered a good troubleshooting tool in checking abnormal line voltage, grounding, and total
current load.
