Check whether the probe can be charged normally using the charging cable.
3. Charge the probe at the room temperature and check whether the charging speed is improved.
4. If the probe can be charged normally using the charging cable, the Charging Case (Air
Capsule) is faulty. Otherwise, the probe is faulty.
Solution
1. Remove and reconnect the probe properly.
2. Replace the Charging Case (Air Capsule).
3. Replace the probe. For details, see the instructions for the i3P ultrasound probe (FDA) 6.1.2
