1.4 Operating Battery Door
Unlock the battery door by sliding the locking latch left with your thumb or nail and
release. The battery door should unlock and slide open.
1.5 Installing the Battery
Insert the included lithium-ion battery into the battery compartment with the metal
contact facing the inside of the camera as shown in the diagram below. The camera will
only power up if the metal contacts on the battery line up with the metal contact inside
the battery compartment. NOTE: The battery can only be inserted in one way.
