Part Maintenance Interval
Scanners Check for visual defects, e.g.
cracks and scratches.
Replace as needed.
NOTICE
You must calibrate
the robot after
replacing the
scanners. To do
this, access the
robot's user
interface and
navigate to System
> Robot setup.
Further
instructions are
provided here.
Emergency stop To check that the emergency stop
buttons work, push down the red
button and check that the emer-
gency reset button lights up.
Every three to four months /
according to EN/ISO 13850

3D cameras Check for visual defects, e.g.
cracks and scratches.
Check monthly and replace as
needed.
Manual brake
release
Check if the brakes can be deac-
tivated. Activate the brakes and
push the robot gently forward.
Remember to deactivate the brake
after testing.
Check monthly and replace as
needed.
Internal cabling Check if all network/USB cables
are plugged in properly.
Check every six months and
replace as needed.
Safety marking on
the floor
Check if the safety markings made
with e.g. tape around cart pick-up
and drop-off points are intact and
visible.
Check every six months and
replace as needed.
